[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — premature failure of moto x force | |||
Neither motorola nor the seller (Amazon) owned the responsibility of cheating the customer for faulty supply of motorola x force which was purchase in may17. As the device worked hardly for 3 months, the service personnel of motorola were requested to repair/replace as still warranty existed. But motorola denied stating there is no policy to that effect. If there is no policy of replacing faulty devices, then they should not have the policy of cheating customers/ransacking the customers hard earned money. The issue will be challenged in the peoples court and campaign not to purchase any motorolla products hence forth. Was this information helpful? | |||
