I had given my Motorola g 2nd generation white color piece for liquid damage on 12th august at Motorola authorised service centre at ETERNITY MALL, THANE.
I WAS informed that I will get quotation in 6-8 working days on email and I used to check my mail daily for it, but dint got any reply from them, i was also given a track id on their website ccom.co.in/ct.aspx but it always showed my work in progress and in that I had commented many times that please send quotation on my email id but never got reply from them, I even called at the given contact number but they never received it.so finally I had to visit their service centre again for enquiring . I asked them t=about the quotation and they gave me quotation of 3340rs for replacement of motherboard and I agreed for the same and was informed that will receive my mobile in 6-8 working days and then I got a call from them that my mobile is ready on 5th of September and then I again went to the service centre to receive it .I waited for about 40 mins to juz see my mobile and then wen I received it, it was FULL OF CRACKS and then when i asked them about the cracks they BEHAVED VERY BADLY and was debating THAT IT IS IN THE SAME CONDITION AS RECIEVED WHICH WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE.
