Motorola Mobility — Very poor customer service center

I was facing a problem in Tochscreen of MOTO G2 it was under warranty so gave it to service center, it has been 2 months and service center is unable to get the part. They are clueless on time frame also. Service center did not receive any phone.When I was called with customer care they told me they had escalated but not getting any truthful result .I want to receive my mobile can any help me to receive my Mobile. During 2 months I am suffering with this problem. My job no-AMSKOL003113. MY phone no-[protected]
