[Resolved] Motorola Mobility — Very poor service

I have submitted my moto x play on 1st july 2016 in service centre as it's display was working automatically. my work order no is wqt/mg/16/00507. now it has been more than 20 days and yet it has not been repaired yet. i had also tried to reach out to the customer care and they are still asking to wait for 1 more week.

Please look forward and to my resquest to resolve my issue asap.

I am using moto x 1st generation.my phone play music .music volume is so mild. Before my update the volume is good . Plz give solution for that . And plz give solution for how to reduce my mobile heat .if i using mobile data the mobile start burning.

I get moto g4 plus 1 week ago.. It fall from just 1 foot and screen get break very harshly ...plzz tell me cost to replace it ...and none of customer care answering my call plzzz help me
