Motorola — Moto g : After sales too expensive | |||
Phone is very good. There is no problem in that. It really does well for the money you put on.After sales is too expensive. Recently phone got fell down on the floor, screen(glass) got damaged. Display is working fine, touch sensitivity is working as normal, just glass got damaged. Service center is quoting whopping Rs.5600 to replace the broken glass, which i believe is very expensive. We get the same mobile at 10K now. Why would we need to repair when we get good mobiles with price. They are telling even display also needs to replaced along with glass. Customer support is not supportive, you won't get response on time. Motorola definitely to work on this. I don't recommend this product any more, really bitter experience.
