Motorola — Moto g3 in warranty submitted from, december 2015 yet not repaired

My device MOTO G3 is submitted to Kanpur service centre, BALAJI TOWER OPPOSITE GLOBUS, KANPUR UP from 15 december 2015 but not repaired till now.Wheneever I am contacting customer support helpline[protected], they are not giving correct information.My part is not yet dispatched dated 26/1/2016
REPAIR MY DEVICE IN 7 WORKING DAYS, OR
I REQUEST COMPANY TO PROVIDE ME NEW DEVICE MOTO G3,
OR TO REFUND MY MONEY(RS 14, 000) WITH INTEREST(9%)
