Motorola — No contact from service center even after 2 weeks | |
I submitted my Motorola moto G mobile at new tech solutions, vardhaman market, sector 17, vashi, navi mumbai on 24 February 2015.They are the official service center for Motorola. The problem was handset was not showing any thing after startup screen.The service center deposited my handset along with a photocopy of invoice and they said that I will be contacted by them next day for status of repair. As the handset was in warranty, I confirmed with them and they said that repair will be free of cost. Following are the details for the handset.

Now It has been nearly 2 weeks and I have not received any mail or in any way contacted by the new tech solutions .Yesterday, I tried to chat with tech support guy from Motorola site. I gave him the above details and he said he could not find the device and suggested to contact the service center.
I am now tensed ! It seems service center has either lost my device or has been very slow to repair it. Sadly they have not even shown the professional courtesy to call me or contact me.
Can you please help me ?
