Motorola — No resolution provided and the Complaint status is the same

Hi,
on 21st of august i have given my mobile to the service center and was promised to get the product within 10 working days.
till date whenever i call the customer support i get the status as "part pending". this is the same since 23rd of august.
the job/incident number is LPT/MG/15/05651
Whenever i try to escalate it the representative says that they will mail me the complaint number. i had complaint twice but got no such email.
kindly look into the matter
