Motorola — Not Replacing the phone as it is still in warranty

I purchased a motoG2nd generation and getting so much problem with handset. I had submitted it with service centre twice but phone is not repaired. I complained to higher authorities of Motorola they denied for replacement as it is still in warranty . Please help me as the company is not at all customer centric .
