Motorola — Problem in Moto Gen 2 after updating OS to Lollipop (5.0.2) | |||
My Moto Gen 2 was bought in October 2014. After updating to OS Lollipop (5.0.2), my Moto Gen 2 has started to hang up. Cannot unlock or go to start up screen when it hangs up. Cannot open, therefore cannot use any app in the mobile. We request motorola to offer an immediate solution to the above complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
