Motorola — Regarding Mobile Submitted to Pune Sevice Center

I have submitted my MOTO-E to service center located in pune three times for same problem (Phone automatically restart) and each time they take more than 10 days to repair the phone but they are not able to solve the problem.Currently my phone is submitted to service center for 12 days and still they are telling me that they don`t know how much time it will take. This is very poor quality of service and very bad impression to the customer.I have submitted my mobile three times for same problem.This is not acceptable
