I have submitted my phone moto g 3rd gen in warranty to the service center on 5th march with job id - zst/mg/15/10179 for an issue of phone showing charging problem and getting off every now and then and was told by service center that this will be resolved within 7 days.
I didn’t receive any communication from them and when i contacted, i was told that the part needs to be changed and we are waiting for the part.
I also reached the moto tech support number [protected] on 15 march and raised my concern for same with ticket number[protected] and they said that concerned department will reach me in 3 days, to which didn’t happen.
On continuously inquiring i am being told that the part is currently not available and would be replaced by 15 april, which is more than a month.
My concern is how thy can actually make a consumer wait for more than a month to get a part replaced, when your actual tat to this is 15 days.
If they do not have a part they should replace the phone as it’s in warranty.
Every time the customer care representative tell me that they cannot actually transfer my call to higher authorities, so i am posting it here.
