[Resolved]  Motorola Solutions — bad attitude of customer care agent on resolving issue session

I'm facing no signal and charging issue with my phone, they say that the phone has liquid damage but there is no such problem as the phone has been used very delicately. The phone is under warranty still they are charging us for damage repair why should i pay without any fault. According to them first they will change my phone's charging point and then they will check sim slot if any problem i will have to pay for that too. I called on customer care and she behaved unprofessionally and bad attitude. I'm uploading a picture in which phone is on charging since 4 hours but the battery shows 0%. Very bad experience.
