Motorola solutions — moto e4 plus microphone not working

I purchased it 7 weeks ago and i am facing this problem. The microphone of moto e4 plus is not working during calls but on loudspeaker it is working when i call someone the person can't hear my voice but on loudspeaker it's not so plz respond to my complain otherwise i will go to higher authorities. Help me with what i should do further to get this fixed as soon.

Hi Sir/Mam,
I have using moto g4 plus (4th gen) mobile phone. In this I have a problem with blank page. Always it is receiving a blank page in every 2 minutes. I have attached screenshot for your reference. Please advise and resolve it ASAP.

I have purchased Moto E4+ recently and its microphone is not working the person other side is not able to. hear me. Although the speaker is working i.e the other person is able to listen when the speaker is on.
