Extremely poor and pathetic service here at Aurangabad by Service center authorities this is by Kunal Telecom where the staff don't know why they are working and don't talk properly to customers basically the ladies they think it's government job and they are the owner of the company.

The staff is not educated in terms of handling customer queries.
Will not help individual in terms of issues with phone.
Please let me know for any issue

The agents have no knowledge about motorola family mobiles, , , , because the service giving in ""Nokia Care"" They have knowledge in Nokia mobiles, They didn't understand the problem what we telling, and gave response illiterate, plz change the service centre to other people, , , ,
