Dear sir/mam, My self sourav ghosh. I am great disappointment, however, the quality of that mobile phone is incredibly poor. This model is moto m but unfortunate mobile phone is not switch on and sound problem. Worse still, its battery can only keep the mobile phone running for 67 minutes after it has been fully charged. Next 13 dec 2017 my mobile phone hand over lenovo service center and then after 22 days service center no cooperate with me. Today i will calling service center and then you told me that your mobile phone not ready. So i want to inform you that kindly inform my mobile status and my mobile problem has been solve for urgent basis.
