I had bought phone on 3rd March and post which i had got it repaired due to liquid damage (Paid 6200) from Motolora centre. I collected my phone on 29th March but did not use it as it belonged to one of the my family member. On 4th March, when the phone was switched on, i figured that sim slot 1 was not accepting any card and chip was broken. I went to Motorola center back with this complaint and they told me that it was destroyed and i had to get the mother board changed and again pay the same amount.
I deeply regret my decision of purchasing Motorola which is providing poorest services possible and your center is making business by doing all this to your customers.
I have spoken to one of your executive and i will wait for the a positive response.
