Not satisfied with the after sales service of moto.
I have given my phone “moto z play” to moto authorized service center “i-pick solutions india pvt. Ltd., bhagat singh market, connaught place, new delhi” firstly on 25th may, 2017 for the problem related to battery & fingerprint scanner issue and they returned the phone on 2nd june, 2017 but the battery related issue was not resolved and a new problem also emerged i. E. The main speaker not working this time. So, i resubmitted the phone on 5th june, 2017 (Manual job sheet no. 1084) and today is 23rd june and i have no clue about my phone or when will i get back my phone as most of the times the contact no. Provided is out of reach or if it is available everybody keeps dilly dallying like part has not been shipped by company, engineer is not available, we are trying to figure out the issue etc.

I have also chatted with support executives 3-4 times and everytime i got assurance that my complaint would be addressed in 24-48 hours but 6 days have been passed since i last talked to them and still no call or contact from motorola side.
Earlier it used to be very good service by motorola and that’s why i purchased moto phone but now i am really fed up by this kind of pathetic service and untrained & mismanaged staff and request you to take up my problem with motorola for below points-
1. The unwarranted period of one month taken by service center should extend the warranty period for my phone.
2. It seems the service guy is not able to understand the issue with my phone so taking it to other technical persons and service centres. I request you to stop researching on my phone by treating it like this. The full price of phone i have paid should be refunded to me as my phone is well within the warranty period and moto is unable to service it.
