I ordered an AC product last 2 months back 30th October 2021. Till today I did not received Product (Daikin 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split Inverter) .when i called to flipkart team they are saying do it fresh order how much extra difference amount will provide you after sharing bill copy .
Till Today Im waiting almost 60 days no update even product availability also not there my pin code area . it's enough i can not able to wait its been 60 days passed enough patience, When I called flipkart this case handled by "Saba Fathimaa" and Saba Kauser
she is not answered properly always saying sorry product not available when product availability you will get notification . I asked her mam 60 days I'm waiting its not small period dont trouble me all the times we have to close this case ASAP . she is not talking anything and she said what i will do, back end team and logistic team i already told you same...the way she talking simply they really dont know how to handle customers and how to talk ...simply giving one short answer with temporary reason it wont help all the times .
1) I asked her what is extra difference amount you have to give me by coupon codes or vouchers
2) They are saying fresh orders with nearby your locations. I said while transport is difficult and it will take more money for separate traveling, you have to provide coupon codes or vouchers for traveling allowances .
have to do some solution we can close this case ASAP .Everyday my time waste of talking customer support, when i call back customer care again im talking with them all history finally that guy will can not able to give answer and finally transfer to higher authorities told me to wait for hold 1 min and call disconnected .this is happened every day really flipkart guys not under my pain and simply giving temporary solutions ..Im really sorry I can not wait its been 60 days over .please take it seriously this case because my new home i'm eagerly waiting for product i need immediately .Please take my issue high priority with proper resolution .

Again I'm saying flipkart doing this way really is not good waste of time everyone. I having very very bad Experience with flipkart . Once I come to my position and think 60 days passed I'm still Im requesting . Please sort out my issue today itself.
Till today no one responded I called n nof times please check your records.. backend team called me last week they told me will sort out issue in 48 hr's till today no one called me and no update .I dont really how many days i need to wait like this ..too much headache for me everyday always .Im waiting for call please call me with respective team.

Finally I compromised i dont have hope product should be available in flipkart in future its waste of time for me every day . As flipkart team discussed please check your records (Flipkart Customer Support ( Date:[protected] Time: 16:48:50 )) same mail i will attached please check
I will take risk and order now near by location what you promise by mail difference amount Plus give some compensation amount because im taking here risk travelling and very careful need to travell .please review my case and arrange me compensation amount .
We have to address this issue close today itself . see my history till today how many times i called .please again im saying review my issue and close
