In the month of May 2022, I purchased MOTOROLA Revou 164 cm (65 inches) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision (65UHDADMRS7P) through Flipkart.
Within 6 months, the TV lost the display. It happened during watching.
I raised a complaint with Motorola on the 16th of November. A third-party vendor technical visited and took snaps and videos of the TV on 17th November.
Hence, there is no update and Customer care is really not fruitful to the customer. Both Motorola and their third-party vendor have a horrible attitude.
I have requested to refund of the amount asap.
This is really annoying after purchasing a product and related it service.
Due to this I lost my temper and got nerve pain
