I bought Moto G 4 plus mobile in the month of January 2017 which is getting bent due to battery over heat issues and speaker is not working. I took this mobile to service center in Chennai on 17th April'17 but they refused to repair it by stating that it will not cover under warranty and advised me to contact motorola customer care for replacement since its a manufacturing defects. Very next day i had contacted customer care hence it consumed whole day at the service cebter itself and i could able to leave the place after 7 pm but since then i have been sending so many emails and dialing customer care but there no proper support/revert from them for the past one month.

This is a first time i bought Moto products which is very worst service by its customer care ever i have come across. very worst. I'm speaking to customer care every to get a status on my complaint but getting a reply that i will get call back with a hour or a day but never got till now.
I need help/support from you to resolve this issue by replacing this device with new good quality mobile.
