I had ordered a Moto G (2nd generation) phone. Details of order are as below:

The product has stopped working. As it is within the warranty period, we handed it over to your service center here at Belgaum, by name - Aarush Service Centre on 20.11.2015.
The phone has not been repaired till date. This is causing a lot of inconvenience. Please look into the matter at the earliest. I request u to either replace/ repair the phone or Refund the amount.
