Motorola Solutions — Moto g 2nd gen/not getting clear information from service centre | |||
Dear Team, I had purchased moto g 2nd gen through flipkart on 20/04/2015.the phone was complaint on 21/11/2015 and the same date I given it to the service centre, Accel care centre, Ascent technologies.they told that, there is a complaint with PCB.it will replace with in 2 weeks.today I went to service centre, they told that they didnt got they replacing part from banglore.they dont know the status of this and they dontkniw when it will come.My mobile was with them for the last two weeks and they dont know when the spare will come.kindly need your intervention regarding this.Please help me to resolve this issue.details mentioned below invoice no-#BLR_WFLD[protected] IMEI NO-[protected] SERVICE CENTRE NAME-ASCENT TECHNOLOGIES, TRIVANDRUM, KERALA Was this information helpful? | |||
