I bought a moto g4 plus phone from amazon on 8/7/16. But recently, its sound automatically started going off during calls and while playing media. When i went to the customer service center at Okhla, New Delhi, they asked me to get a hard copy of the invoice, as i had only soft copy in my phone. They were not ready accept the complaint even though i gave the IMEI number and all other details. (This is the first time i am facing this issue, as my previous phone, Samsung service center never demanded the hard copy). They only suggested a nearby photocopy place in a tea shop nearby to take a hard copy of invoice. So i got that. Finally after 2 hours of inspecting the phone, they told that its due to liquid damage and does not fall under damage. I am 100% sure that it never had encountered any such spill. The funniest part is that they told it will cost me Rs. 6800 if i get it done within 7 days. So what if i went there after 7 days? Pathetic service.
