[Resolved]  Motorola Solutions — Moto x force mmc & otg not working. irrational explanations from technical support

Hello motorola,

This is in respect to the call dated 1st nov, 2016 03:46 pm, received from motorola technical support (+91 [protected]).
After frequent follow ups, call received was somehow very disappointing where the the technical support executive clearly denied of the features and gave irrational explanations towards the incapability of repairs for the mobile set.
Explanations given:

1. sir, you could have checked within 7 days.

A. mmc fault noted 9th day of buying - 29th july, 2016 :no solution, motherboard problem
B. otg fault (stopped working) - 2nd to 5th sep, 2016 : no solution, motherboard problem
C. besides this, the sim slot cover was also damaged which was notified to me when it was taken to service center. (9th day of buying)

D. turbo charging fault - please visit the customer care if they can find some solution or call our tech people.
Already informed n number of times, that service centers denied. instead saying its chargeable and customer has to bear this.


2. why would we, technical support give customers, wrong information. its not there.

Accepted. but when buying a phone, customer will ask the retailer or do some internet search, not the technical support be asked for it.
Or either the phone should be opened up to its skeleton to check its details whether motherboard could be an issue in future.

3. we (motorola) might have different specification for the same phone.
The retailer himself (at satyam mobiles, jaipur) explained this otg feature as he was using the same motorola x-force, and its hard to believe that retailers will develop features on their own. if something didn't exist, someone should have informed, either the tech people at service centers, internet search, retailer.
The executive continued with such status and instead of any solution.

This is ongoing for the past three months without any solution and thus, with such replies, it has become a serious issue to be dealt with. all such seem as if i was sold a faulty model and now its being justified. it is suggested to get some solution to this instead of such explanations.

As per the conversation held, where the executive asked for the support documents, please find attached the snapshot / link proving the same.
