Motorola Solutions — Moto x play screen damage - 2 months and haven't got my phone repaired

My phone was insured by apps daily. Its screen got damaged and I immediately submitted it for a repair. Now the phone is with motorola service center in indore since more than 2 months. They say that the part(Basically screen) is not available. what kind of service motorola provide?? 2 months and part of their sensational launching of 2015 is not available.
