Dear Motorola Team,
I have purchased Motorola ZX3 55 inch smart LED TV in Flipkart in the month of August'2022. After 15 days of delivery product stop working and the issue was resolved after 30+ days.
Now again I am facing Black patch on the screen issue from 23rd May'2023. Till date no one has taken care of my complaint. On 10th June'2023 someone came home and said that they are from service center. They took some selfie and gone. Now that person is also not responding to calls. I'm receiving text messages from Jeeves from 10th June'2023 that my claim was assigned to an engineer and he will call me to take appointment. Also getting mails from support.[protected]@flipkart.com from 24th May'2023 stating that my issue will resolved in 48 hrs. So many 48 hours gone. Again it's near about a month that I'm again facing service issue. Don't know whether I purchased a perfect brand product or from a brand which is unable to resolve customer complaint in time.
