2 days back what happened is truly shameful for Motorola.
Pls refer your call informing that the device is repaired and I should collect it from service center.
As per your advise and call, I visited service center travelling one district to other to collect the repaired phone.But who knows that it is not repaired and this is a wrong information communicated by you. Again I wasted my precious time and travel expense.
Please note below:\
1. I am facing this issue from several months.
2. It took 3 days to submit the phone in service center due to poor service by your service center.
3. Phone not inspected well by your technician.
4. Unnecessary Visits from one district to another several time as service center is not in my hometown. Waste of time as well as money.
5. Call closed by you on 29th without resolving the issue.
6. Call from Motorolla communicating that device is repaired and to collect the same from service center. Totally a Wrong communication.
7. Refer attached communication for request for exchange but no response.
Now I want complete refund of my phone with all unnecessary and waste of travel expense and time compensation.
If you cant give please let me know otherwise I need to file a complain with consumer court.As discussed with you earlier and as per trailing mails the response from your service center is not good.You have seen this time that I went to your service center which is out of station thrice for submission of my mobile only.
Last time I had submitted my phone and it took 3 and half months for getting it repaired.

This is to inform that calls has been closed by you without resolving my issue.

Now I am going with consumer court for lodging the complain against you. You keep this faulty phone with you, Now I completely want money return against this phone and the travel expense and time cost as well for unnecessary visits at your service centers.

This is the first time I purchased Motorola Phone and going through very very very bad experience, Below are the details of the issue I am going through, the phone is defected and they are not ready to refund my money or provide a complete phone replacement.

I purchased Moto G Plus, 4th Gen (Black, 32 GB) on 24th May 2016, the charger stopped working since yesterday 24th July 2016. After waited for a 1 week got the replacement charger.
On 11th August Phone Speaker Stopped working :-
I called up at service center at[protected], but its keep ringing. Then I called on toll free number, the customer support tech update me someone will call me on 30th to update the status, I submitted the phone on 12 august at borivali service center, they acknowledge and gave me elf form, after one week I went to service center they created the job id saying motherboard needs to replace and today I am getting update I need to wait till 30th..

After waited for a month got my Phone from the service center and on 27th September 2016 phone was not getting charged.
Submitted the Phone on 29th September 2016 at Borivali Service Center, they replaced the battery and provide me the phone on 3rd Octocber 2016.

Got the phone on 3rd October 2016 from service center, as this phone was having charging issue they replaced the battery. Today afternoon 5th October 2016 the phone restarted twice automatically. Amazon is ready to provide me the replacement, but they need "SERVICE DENIAL LETTER". But Motorola is not ready to provide me "SERVICE DENIAL LETTER", they keep saying we are repairing / replacing the parts.. Its been an ongoing issue and I am worried if this keep continue the warranty will expire and Motorola will wash their hands by saying its OUT of Warranty
