On August 4, 2015, I ordered for a Motorola 3rd generation phone priced at 12, 999 from Flipkart, Bangalore office. However, the phone worked fine until January, when the phone automatically stopped charging and was dead. I went to the authorized Motorola service centre in Kotla, New Delhi and gave my phone for repairing. These people never told me what the problem was inspite of repeatedly asking and they said that the problem would be solved in 10 days time but they took two and a half months to repair it saying that the card is not coming from the company. When I went to take my phone on March 7, 2016 from the service center it was working fine but again after two days it started flickering and these people had totally messed up with my brightness system as the phone lost it's brightening property. But because I went to Bangalore after that I could not go to the service center in Delhi and thus when I came back after eighteen days, I gave my phone again to the same service center in Kotla where these people said that they will tell me the condition of the phone next day. Now, they are asking me for an amount of 4, 000 INR to repair the phone and they are not ready to take the blame on them they messed up with my phone entirely. I either want my phone to be replaced or my money to be refunded or get it repaired from them without paying them a single penny since it was solely their fault. And if the action is not taken within one week, I would go to the consumer court and lodge a complaint there. For reference, I have attached the invoice that I got from Flipkart below.
Very pathetic service and product, I must say. Disappointing!
