[Resolved] Motorola Solutions — Problem facing with new moto x force phone. Motorola denied for any assistance. | |||||
Hello motorola, This is regarding the query i raised that in what terms do the damage i mentioned is covered up under a physical damage. Request you to make me understand how a usb otg and a charger port malfunction is being categorized under physical damage (when its clearly stated that this model moto x-force cannot be charged using some other ac adapter as it as turbo-charge feature). As per conversation with mr. vinay gaur, shiva kiran (technical support), the same reply was received and thus the resultant was with no help and no concern for the problem. instead i was answered that why didn't i go to the retailer (shop) for claiming the replacement. With each problem, when retailer was asked, he justified it as a very simple issue and sent me to service center for repairs, where it is being termed as motherboard problem and thus no solution. This clearly shows up that motorola is trying to avoid this issue and its solution by blindly supporting its subordinates who, without any proper justification and information, claim it under a wrong category and charge the customer for the same. Service centres are well informed and noted with the problem. they have been shown the same. (adapter and otg usb not working). but approval is pending from motorola and thus, this delay in approval is creating a mess. A justified reply is awaited with some solution to this problem since motherboard related connectivity and problem will always be unknown to any of the customer at the time of purchase. As stated earlier, this issue with my phone is getting unbearable. Options for Extra Storage (MMC) has malfunctioned. Options for Data transfer (OTG) and USB connectivity has malfunctioned. And Now the Charging also gets failed sometimes (Turbo charging) due to improper connectivity and thus i have to keep myself busy or take care in between, in adjusting the adapter pin so it gets turbo charged. Otherwise, the phone won't charge even kept connected to AC source for more than half an hour.
Motorola is requested to take this on priority with a reasonable solution, else the phone be just a Dead model for me with 4 months of buying. It has been notified to every concerned person in Motorola, I come in contact with, but still the decision is pending on whose behalf, I fail to understand. I have been replied back, either it may be mail or telephonic conversation, with some disappointing reasons.
Every data motorola requires has been conveyed on mail. Request you to consider those as information from my end.
