Motorola Solutions — Purchased a new phone from flipkart

I have Purchased a motorola 5G g62 mobile phone, but in this there are lacking issue in during calls, , , very disappointing, I called to flipkart customer care they told go for service center... after I visited service center, they took 14 days and phone exchanged, but still same issue, and now who will solve this if same problem in difference phone also, , that means complete company is making ugly to the customer. all product has manufacturing issue. Solve this immediately...
