Sir,
I went to your Borivali West Service center 2months ago and got my phone checked. They detected battery issues and told me to submit my phone but didn't provide me a spare phone. So, I used my phone in such a condition and went again after 2months now. It is in the same physical condition that it was as it was unused since 2months.
Now, they refuse to accept that they have already checked my phone and there was a battery issues since they didn't give me anything in writing. Also, they aren't accepting my phone to repair inspite of being in the warranty period. Was this information helpful? |
