[Resolved]  Motorola Solutions — Taking long time from service center

I had given my phone (Moto g turbo xt1557) (Under warranty) to my nearest motorola service center exhibition road and then they said they will shortly give a call regarding phone. I had given my phone to the service center on 25/05/2017 and now its 18 days late that is 12/06/2017
Now only they are saying that they will take more time, i contacted them after 10 days from my submission of my phone they said parts are there in the service center i will give you in 2 to 3 days and i contacted moto service helpline they also told me that i will contact you soon, now i want to know that i buyied this phone for my personnel use or for the service center. They are talking too much time for repairing my phone or tell them to give me another phone instead of my phone.
I ordered a new moto phone so tell me i cancel my order for the new phone or u all are giving me response or my phone as shortly
