Motorola Solutions — Touch screen not working

I purchased MOTOX XT 1562-16GB white from Flipkart on Nov 4. After 2 months it developed touchscreen defect. I submitted phone on Jan.5. To Technocare Sol., Janak Palace. New Delhi.They informed me that the set will be repaired. Why I should hold a repaired set after 2 months which costs me 18500. It is the fault of the co.which produced defective set. I ask the co. to replace not repair it. Otherwise I have to go to consumer forum for replacement. - Gagandeep [protected]/[protected]
