[Resolved] Motorola — too late for changing the damaged display | |
I Submitted my Motto Z Play mobile phone to one of the authorised service centre in Kerala for changing the display on 23.06.2018. As informed by the service centre, Normally it takes 4 days to change the display. 4 times i contacted the main customer service centre. But yesterday they replied that they donot have the display of the phone anywhere. so it will take some more time. Several times i asked them whether is it possible to change the display otherwise i will take it back from the shop. But they are not giving answer properly. This is not the shop problem, display not coming from the company, this is because of company. From a reputed company like Motorola, we are facing these problems, then how we will buy the same brand in future.If they cannot able to change the display, they have to tell.
