Motorola — Voice- repair status [Incident:[protected]]

I gave my motog2 smartphone to get repaired on 22th August 2015 (work order no - Vij/MG/15/02506. It had a problem related screen problem .But It's more tham 46days and still they haven't repaired the phone. I raised complaint to customer care more than 8 times[protected] but nothing has happened. Still the phone is in service centre in vijawada city. Address of service center i" attached -" This is the 1st time I handed over my phone1st time for the issue... It is shameful ...your Motorola team and services was very very bad and worst. I really disappointed to co-operation with your bad service team on this case. Resolve this ASAP. Motorola team Arun kumar & Ashwini they are telling different type of stories...like parts are not availbel in india ...it was comminf from USA...it was on the way ...it was dispatced ...reached by 5th oct-2015...repaired by 12 th oct-2015... and again arul telling You would be receive a call within 24-48 hrs of time with a Good Conclusion. why the people(motorola team ) are blaming to customers ...???
