Mp BSNL — Poor Signals.

Dear Sir, My Self ABHISHEK SINGH, From CHITRANGI, District- Singrauli (M.P.) I am using BSNL SIM Since last 10 Years. I am getting Network/Coverage problem at CHITRANGI GSM BTS since last two months. I have already informed above problem to JTO/SDO and DGM of SIDHI SSA but no response from their end. The problem is that the above GSM BTS is radiate poor signals for Eastern area of coverage area and 70% customers are Living here out of total customers. This is problem is due to some technical issues like too much old TRE cards and some interruptions in old Antennas. At present this GSM BTS capacity is not enough to provide Quality full services to a lot of customers. In this regard i requested to you please direct to respective officers to solve the above technical problem and Establish a additional (New) GSM BTS in Eastern area (Hospital Chowk ) of CHITRANGI.
