MPS Greenery Developers — Release of matured money

Dear Sir, I have a policy with your company. The policy number is A/01/11/009632. It was opened on 18/01/2011 and supposed to be matured on 18/01/2014. But regret to say that till now I did not receive the maturity amount. Neither I know wether it is possible that I will receive the amount or have been cheated by a fraud company. Please sir let me know when and how can I receive the maturity amount?
