MPS Greenery Developers — return of maturity money

We (Nityanand Datkeolyar and Veena Prasad) have invested 50000 and 100000 lakhs in AGRO Bonds with Bond numbers RNCH021 - A/09/13/005346 on 27 Sep 2013, and RNC021 - A/10/12/005342 on 13 Oct 2012, that matured on 27 Sep 2016 and 13 Oct 2015 respectively. Until now there is no news or update on the refund of the maturity amount.

I had deposited Rs 10000 (ten thousand) vide Bond No MC 006 A/01/11/016424 std 27 jan 2011. Not got any refund after maturity . Maturity dated 27 jan 2014. It is a chit fund org. Pl direct my complain in right place so that it is registered.

I invested my money at "orchard bond for 75 months", bond no. : fr010 o/06/12/008992 date of acceptance 23-Jun-2012 and date of return 23-sep-2018. Quantum of final return rs. 50, 0000. Till date i have not return my maturity value / no respond found from their end. Company address for vill-jiyancha.po-sadhurhat, ps-Ramnagar. Dist-south24PGS 743504

Till date i have not return my maturity value / no respond found from their end.

I procured some six bonds from MPS Greenery Developers Limited all of whose maturity attained long back. But I am not getting the money back. I had complained at Consumer Forum Portal for expedition.
