Good day!

With ref to above subject, pls note i amit pawaskar hereby want bring to your kind notice that double toll fee charged to me electronically thru fastag & via credit card payment also.

I was travelling from pune to mumbai on dated 02.02.2020 at 7.30 pm & at talegoan toll plaza due to short amount offer my credit card to pay toll of rs. 230/- & paid toll. & later on observed that they charged me double toll un-necessary.

Hence, double payment collected from for a single journey i.. E via fastage also rs. 173 & rs. 230 in via credit card.

Pls note this incidence happened with me for the 2nd time.

Attaching here reference of screen shot of sms received for deduction & payment made via credit card [statement for this will update as soon as in hand].

Requesting kindly reverse the amount of rs. 173 in fastag account.
