I hope this email finds you well. My name is Rahul Chitkara, and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and register a formal complaint regarding the lack of response to my calls under the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for providing pest control services.
I have been a loyal customer and have subscribed to the AMC for my home for cockroaches and termites to ensure timely support and maintenance. Unfortunately, I am disappointed to bring to your attention that my recent attempts to contact your support team have been unsuccessful.
I have made several calls for booking a service, but you and your team are not responding my calls/text messages/WhatsApp call and messages.
I am seeking assistance for you and for taking care and removal cockroaches and termites. .
Regrettably, none of my calls were answered, and I did not receive any callback or response from your team.
This lack of responsiveness is not only inconvenient but also defeats the purpose of having an AMC in place. As a customer who has invested in your services, I expect prompt and efficient support, especially during critical situations covered under the contract.
