I had approached MRC PEST Control, S-4A, Uttam Vihar, Block C, Vishwas Park, Delhi-110059 to get the termite work done at my residential house situated at L-101, Aditya Mega City, Plot No. 3, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad-201014. Their team members reached on Sunday, 3rd April 2022 at a very short notice and took 3000/- but did not complete the work in a proper manner. At that time two almirahs were locked and they said to my parents “aap call kar dena, hum aa jayenge”. Later, when I came to know I requested their representative (Mobile No. [protected]) and owner of the company (Ranjeet Chaurasiya-[protected]) to complete the work but the whole week got spoiled in the communication process as none of them were helping us and the termite spread in whole house.
In the end, I had to get the whole pest control done again by calling some other agency and paid them Rs. 3000/- again. I have been trying to get in touch with them but they are not responding, I have seen really bad reviews on google. I hope this email finds you well. My name is Rahul Chitkara, and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and register a formal complaint regarding the lack of response to my calls under the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for providing pest control services.
I have been a loyal customer and have subscribed to the AMC for my home for cockroaches and termites to ensure timely support and maintenance. Unfortunately, I am disappointed to bring to your attention that my recent attempts to contact your support team have been unsuccessful.
I have made several calls for booking a service, but you and your team are not responding my calls/text messages/WhatsApp call and messages.
I am seeking assistance for you and for taking care and removal cockroaches and termites. .
Regrettably, none of my calls were answered, and I did not receive any callback or response from your team.
This lack of responsiveness is not only inconvenient but also defeats the purpose of having an AMC in place. As a customer who has invested in your services, I expect prompt and efficient support, especially during critical situations covered under the contract.
