I had purchased new fzs bike and in few days the rear wheel tyre was having leakage issue, approached the bike showroom & addressed the issue to the showroom & as per instructions & reference letter from showroom & approached the nearest mrf care and there is no response & they are not ready to look into it also.
Need your help here for further process.

MRF Tyres customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I bought new tyre from MRF showroom in June 2019 as attached bill. After 6 month the air in the tyre was not stable, every 2 and three days I require to fill the air. So visited nearest MRF service center and the service center person inspected and replace the tyre after paying 700+ rupees. Again after 6month facing same issue where 3+ month was lockdown and my RETB not driven 1000km but the same issue continuous facing. Again visited to the nearest MRF service center but this time service center person updated me to check your alloy wheel, then I visited Royal Enfield showroom they keep my bike 3-4 days and updated me with certificate latter there are issue in tyre not on alloy wheel. Again I show the latter provided from Royal Enfiled to MRF service center but the service center person decline the request.
Please update me what to do now, is there my issue for buying MRF tyre. Is MRF fooling us to selling faulty tyre. The same date I also upgraded front tyre and till now I didn’t face any issue and I am not remember when I refill the air on front wheel.
