Dear sir,

I purchased aquaguard enhance green ro, component no.[protected], product code: gwpdegrwp00000, serial no.[protected] and got amc no. [protected] w. E. F.15.12.2015 to 14.12.2016 with your local dealer mr. Sompal (Mob no.[protected], saharanpur, 247001)

As per amc conditions / benefits of amc : upto 3 preventive services free in a year, free replacement of consumable such as filters, free repair/replacement of worn out or exhausted parts during the contract period, free breakdown services as needed and activated carbon etc.

Service engineer visited my residence for preventive service and asked charges for replacement of consumable such as filters, which are covered in amc and to be changed / replaced free of cost.

You are requested to depute your service engineer immediately with clear understanding for replacement of consumable such as filters without any charges as free of cost.

Aquaguard needs service immediately else we are compelled to use / drink impure water which may cause any serious health problem to my family (Aged parents and my small children including myself and wife also).

Your prompt action in this regard is requested to avoid any complication to me and my family.

Please reply action taken to resolve / service the aquaguard without any further delay.
Already complaint three to four times through customer care no. (First complaint no.[protected] & id is [protected], iind complaint no.[protected] & id is [protected], iiird complaint no.[protected] & id is[protected], iv complaint no.[protected] & id is [protected] but no respond as on date.

Eureka forbes is a very big brand of india but service provider by your service engineer & customer care is very low grade with highly cost but according your amc commitment service provider by engineer without any charge for replacement & repair etc

So please explain me why your service engg. Take charge for replacement & repair from me???

Despite the completion of the project as per the exact requirements communicated to us time and again and well within the timelines Mr. Pratik Singhania refuses to pay us the promised fees of INR 50, 000/-
Even our legal actions are being taken casually and are being intentionally ignored and answered casually to harress us further and stretch the matter.

Cheapest people and company that I have seen in my life.

Marketing Manager cheats,
AVP send half informed, sarcastic, arrogant and unprofessional mails on being sent a detailed mail,
CEO is happy hiding in his office enjoying being the leader of a team that cheats and deceives people. As long as the company pays him a fat salary he will happily close his eyes to all kinds of inefficiencies his people exhibit. So much for his LEADERSHIP
