M/s Eureka Forbes — Poor service extended by the company for solving functional issues of aquasure xpert in general warranty period

I, hitesh talukdar, a resident of kolkata, west bengal and a customer of your priced product called ‘aquasure xpert’, would like to lodge a serious grievance on the service provided by your company. The statements related to the problem are stipulated under the following points:
1. I had purchased one of your most popular and the top most model of water purifier from m/s khosla electronics pvt. Ltd. On 29/10/2015 at price of rs. 19800/ = (On emi) vide invoice no 2624/1516/14702.
2. Till recently, the machine performed as per our expectations and first routine servicing was done by you representative in march, 2016. Further, it may be noted that we are a two member family and we have a kolkata municipal corporation’s water connection in our apartment. The service person of m/s eureka forbes also mentioned about the machine’s good health when he serviced it in march.
3. The problem developed in the first week of this month when a peculiar sound could be audible from the machine and the volume of rejected water was apparently very low in comparison with the earlier days of its use.
4. We, at once, lodged a complaint with m/s eureka forbes vide complaint no [protected] dated 07/06/2016. Accordingly, on the following day one of your technician named mr. Mitun sardar attended the complaint and he did some work with the machine and left our place concluding that the problem is solved.
5. However, on the same day i. E., 08/06/2016 we noticed the same condition with the machine operation and the rejected water had considerably decreased after servicing. Naturally, we again lodged a complaint with m/s eureka forbes vide complaint no [protected] dated 09/06/2016. On this occasion too, the problem was attended by the same technician and he opened the machine and as usual did some work with it. But, this time we saw that nothing has changed only the problem with the rejected water gone up. We showed our displeasure with the service, only to find a solution in the name that somebody of higher level would visit our place immediately.
6. The problem apparently went on increasing by 12/06/2016, when we found that there is almost no rejected water from the blue pipe and the machine had a violent noise while in operation. We again lodged a complaint on 12/06/2016 vide complaint no [protected] dated 12/06/2016 and as usual you have forwarded the call to the same technician.
7. This time, the call was not attended till date and your representative informed us over phone that the concerned person is on leave and the problem could be solved only when he joins the office.
Considering the above scenario, i would like to raise our utter displeasure with the service of m/s eureka forbes. Further, i must mention that we have invested so much of money for getting safe drinking water and we relied only on m/s eureka forbes, for its tremendous record of customer satisfaction for years.
However, we think that if we expect that we will get a good service from a machine of a most reputed brand, which is only 7 months old and is used by only two people then is should not be a bold belief at all.
Finally, i would expect that m/s eureka forbes will take appropriate immediate action so as to maintain its’ brand repute of years.

Despite the completion of the project as per the exact requirements communicated to us time and again and well within the timelines Mr. Pratik Singhania refuses to pay us the promised fees of INR 50, 000/-
Even our legal actions are being taken casually and are being intentionally ignored and answered casually to harress us further and stretch the matter.

Cheapest people and company that I have seen in my life.

Marketing Manager cheats,
AVP send half informed, sarcastic, arrogant and unprofessional mails on being sent a detailed mail,
CEO is happy hiding in his office enjoying being the leader of a team that cheats and deceives people. As long as the company pays him a fat salary he will happily close his eyes to all kinds of inefficiencies his people exhibit. So much for his LEADERSHIP
