Mseb, Pune — Wrong bill

I own a flat in neeta chambers, shivajinagar, pune 411005, i was staying there for past 30 years. Now since may 2014 i am staying with my daughter at wakad, pune 411057. The flat in neeta chambers is locked, nobody stays there. And there is absolutely no consumption of electricity. Still every month i get a bill from maha electr distri com. Of the amount of rs 450 or 350.
I am 82 years old and invalid. I can't go to the mseb office to complain. I complained by sending email and on phone but no cognisance is taken of my complaint.
