recepted sir i will try to pay mseb online today this is a last date but at night many times i pay but the web not responding for online payment ...after this date mseb charge me10 rs more WHO IS RESPONCIBLE FOR THIS ME OR MSEB...my bill on date 18/04/2015...670..i received bill on date 19/4/2015...after18/402015...pay680 upto 23/04/2015...i wish to pay but web bill desk not open ...after this ...upto...28/04/2015 ..690 paying ...sir WHO IS RESPONCIBE FOR THIS ...I RECEIVED LATE BILL(1)...I WISH TO PAY TODAY (2)...BUT NOT ABLE TO PAY ...MY CUSUMER NUMBER IS..[protected]...
