MSRDC — Double deduction of toll charges via Cash and via Airtel Fastag

I was travelling back to Mumbai from Bhayandar on 14 August 2022 via the western highway.

At Dahisar toll plaza, i paid Rs 40 cash (Receipt attached) as toll charges as the toll operator there informed me that i have low balance in my Airtel Fastag, however after 20 minutes i received an SMS of Rs 40 deduction from my Airtel Fastag Account which already had sufficient balance to cover my toll charges (Screenshot attached)

Please verify these facts and arrange for a refund both the SMS and Screenshot is attached.
