Dear mswipe partners, I am bhaskar. M from "wood n leather in design", this is regarding the swipe amount of rs.500/-. On 5.12.2016, i sold an product for rs.500/- on basis of card sale in mswipe machine. The machine showed failure massege. But, the amount was deducted in customer account and approved message sent to my mobile no.[protected]. I have an printed copy of mswipe receipt. Still now the amount is not remitted into my account and either the swipe detail is reflecting in my mswipe history account. I have compained the same through mail and customer care no is not responding or mr. Gopi ([protected]) & ms. Suman ([protected])_from accounts dept. And assistant manager of karnataka ([protected]) is not bother about the customer and not responding to the calls. Was this information helpful? | |||||
