[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — hold of payment. | |||
Hi Consumer Complaint, There is a hold of payment of 15, 000 by MSWIPE. A/c - [protected]_MANDEEP SINGH I have received the mail stating that payment is on hold for swiping my own card with MSWIPE device..I have called the customer care and they informed me that I have swiped my own card so they have held the payment and told me to send an email stating I will not swipe my card again. Which I have mail for the same. As there was continuous swiping of my own card I have apologized for the same and requested MWIPE to return back the payment to the swiped card for which they have failed. The executive has visited the business place and verified the same and all the document have been submitted. Business-related details have been submitted at the time of applying for the machine.
